Election watchdog Kontra Daya ambasted the Commission on Elections (Comelec) for canvassing the “highly-tainted” votes from the province despite contentions from the opposition and election watchdogs. It also said in a statement that it eagerly awaits the arrest of Lintang Bedol, the head of Maguindanao provincial board of canvassers.
