We received reports from an anti-fraud group in Davao City regarding the vote-buying activities of partylist group Kalahi, a group allegedly representing overseas Filipino workers. It’s nominees include Poe Gratela who worked for Malacañang’s Office of the External Affairs and Karlo Nograles, son of Arroyo congressional ally Boy Nograles.
